She is committed to providing the best possible care to her clients and is dedicated to continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and practices. Rachel looks deep into the issue to find the root cause and works continuously to find relief for her clients. She will take into account personal preferences when considering techniques for your massage and will provide anything you may need to give you the most comfort during your session. She has previously worked with chiropractors, in spas & gyms, and now owns Therapeutic Mobility LLC.

Relaxation Massage
Our relaxation massage is designed to help you unwind and de-stress. Our therapists use gentle techniques to help you achieve a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage is perfect for those who suffer from chronic muscle tension or pain. Our therapists use deep pressure to target specific areas and help alleviate pain and discomfort.
Sports Massage
Our sports massage is ideal for athletes or anyone who leads an active lifestyle. Our therapist use a combination of techniques to help improve flexibility, prevent injury, and enhance performance.
Prenatal/ Post-natal Massage
Ideal for pregnant people during all stages of pregnancy and after birth. Helps to relax your body to prepare for birth and to ease tension from parenthood stresses. Comes with optional 15 min rest time post massage.
Chair Massage
Our chair massage is a quick and easy way to relax and unwind. Perfect for those on-the-go, our therapists use a specialized chair to provide a seated massage that targets the neck, back, and shoulders.
Cupping Therapy
Our cupping therapy treatment uses cups to create suction on the skin, which helps to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. This treatment can be used for a variety of conditions, including muscle pain and respiratory issues.
Travel/In-Home Massage
Receive a massage in the comforts of your own home. In-home massages are by appointment only(call/text/e-mail), and the requirements are as follows:
-8' x 10' open space
-Quick consult prior to visit to determine supplies to bring for your comfort
-Pets must be kept out of massage space for safety of the therapist and their property
-Travel fees are based on distance from Therapeutic Mobility LLC(Woodridge, IL). See price list for more detailed travel fees
-Chicago in-home massage appointments require a few extra accommodations to be discussed during consultation
Private Parties
Having a girls' night? Bachelorette party? Family reunion? We've got you covered! We provide 10-15 min chair massages per guest. Set up is 15-20 min prior to event and pricing varies depending on number of therapists needed for event and length of time. Water for each client is provided as well as lotion options(for arms/hands). A short intake must be filled out to ensure client safety.
